    Overview: Askshido
This page is a way for Ishidos to post personal or professional questions or ask for personal advice from Ishidos on personal life issues.
    The Concept:
This idea was derived from me posting regularly work-from-home job boards. People visiting these boards visit often for advice on work issues (such as applying for jobs and various issues that come up regularly). However, people use the board for much more. There are threads for every aspect of life, including a place to ask for personal advice from others on personal life issues. These non-work threads receive a huge response - sometimes greater than the work-at-home company threads. Why would a board designed for work evolve into a place to discuss your most personal feelings or issues? That gave me an idea for this particular page...
    The Askshido boardBoard is designed
In my past work experience with brick and mortar companies, it always seemed as though you were expected to show up for work and park your humanity at the door. No one cared if there was a death in your family, if you were straining financially, or if your child was sick. You were supposed to spend the next eight hours of your shift performing flawlessly with no emotion and in robotic style, without a hint of your problems. No one cared. Now, we can all breathe a sigh of relief. Askshido cares, and Askshido Listens!
    ...
do via triangles, the LIFEBUSHIDO TRIANGLE, but this
This is even more relevant to Askshido. We are a unique group of people working at home utilizing our unique talents in different positions than those who may walk in a "brick & mortar" job 8:00 to 5:00. We are performing our jobs in the center of our lives - our homes. Our children and spouses are coming and going, dinner might be cooking on the stove, relatives with problems may be calling on the phone. The hours we work are flexible, and work is done in between a grocery store run or unloading the dishwasher. When any one of us sits down at our desk, it's time to bring our personal strengths to the forefront and come up with the most professional work product and creative ideas.
    How This Works:
    ...
There will be an advice folder on the wiki. This is a place where you can post a question that is not confidential in nature, where you want the opinions of as many Ishidos as possible. It will be similar to a job board, with new threads opened for new topics and all Ishidos welcome to comment.
For confidential issues, Ishidos can ask their questions privately by direct email to us. We'll answer them on an individual level. If the solution to the problem involves speaking with another person, we will offer to help intercede, but would not contact anybody without specific permission of the person that confided in us. Confidentiality will be ensured
    ...
to the TriangleLIFEBUSHIDO TRIANGLE moderators, who
All answers from Askshido will be assembled and sent to the person with the problem, all the while maintaining anonymity. With the permission of the person who asked the question, the question and all answers may be published in the wiki forum anonymously.
So what are you waiting for? We're LISTENING and we can't wait to HEAR everything you have to say!

If you have NOT been hired by Lifebushido, DO NOT put your information on this page. Instead, please visit Join A Recruit Triangle for further information.
You must have received Lifebushido wiki access in order to edit these wikis or create a Wikipage. This is part of the New Hire process. If you have not been approved yet, please request to Join the Lifebushido wiki -- Ishido Wiki Accounts
*If you were in a Recruit Triangle*:
If the Triangle was originally a Recruit Triangle, upon being hired, they should ALWAYS post on Lifebushido Triangle pages that they are seeking new members up to 6 total. It is healthy from Recruit Triangles that are just hired to add some New Hires from their own New Hire group or other members seeking.
Recruit Triangles can leave their wiki pages on Recruit Triangle wiki.
