Example Fellowship Project Summary - Cerebral Alchemist Triangle Fellowship Project

We composed a standard email which includes; the vision of Lifebushido, Best Agent facts, the B2B and B2C revenue/nonrevenue, number of staff available for possible virtual positions. Then we went to job web-sites to find job listings.

For 3 days our triangle posted to various job sites and social networking sites. We are posting our BAB project via email to these sites in order to generate business for Lifebushido's BAB.

Here is where we have been posting:
  • Craigslist: North Carolina, California, Virginia and Illinois.
  • LinkedIn Social Network: Douglas, Sandra, Delores, Noopur
  • Douglas posted on JOBS PRO 2.0 and linked to the BAB page done by Revolution Triangle
  • Sandra posted on LinkedIn own page, emailed on California’s Craigslist
  • Delores posted on University of Phoenix Alumni Circle and 10 emails on Charlotte, North Carolina’s Craigslist.
  • Noopur sent emails to 15 Craigslist jobs.

The following is a sample of the email we have been sending to prospective clients:

  • We have learned through this exercise that there are many different ways of getting our information to the public. By thinking a little outside the box we came up with a different means of data mining and prospecting new leads. We feel this is something that representatives of Lifebushido might want to continue as a means of spreading the word about Lifebushido.
  • Since all of the responses were directed to Lifebushido email we could not use the number of responses as a metric. We used a metric of how many emails and job board postings to gage the amount of information we had generated. The triangle believes this was a worthwhile exercise and we feel we have expanded the public’s knowledge of the assets Lifebushido has to offer.
  • 11/22/11-We are all Newshidos now and finding our way within Lifebushido. Most have applied to several teams and in training with Database Management, Audio/Video and Listing Inbox for now. Updates later.
  • 1/12/12-We invited Donna Mills to our meeting who is a member of the Virtuoso Triangle. It was nice to meet another Ishido. We discussed our varies teams we have joined. Teams we are active in are Email Management, Listing Management, Database Management and various other sub teams within LB. We all agree that this has opened many new doors for us as individuals. If we will be getting together next month and regrouping once a month after that if possible. Anything is possible at Lifebushido.
