Marketing Overview

Client Marketing is the most profitable marketing and consists of all marketing efforts to Clients and SOI. Client Marketing seeks to maximize the amount of repeat and referral business from Clients/SOI and works hand in hand in the agents lead generation efforts to generate Buyer/Seller leads. Client Marketing drives majority of business, usually 30-80% of business of real estate agent • Almost all agents underspend on Client Marketing.

Most profitable • Easy to manage • Easy to delegate • Easy to track and measure • Increases asset of the business of client database

The Marketing Team works to assist the agent with blogging, social media, email newsletters, physical mailings of postcards and newsletters as well as Farming. There are some clients who could benefit from Advanced Marketing which would consist of Farming and Buyer Lead Surveys.


Skills Traits needed for Marketing

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to translate that into complete professionalism at all times.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Persistency and patience. You must believe that with these two qualities, you will connect with the client and get their marketing efforts started.
  • The ability to deal with many different personality types in a positive and professional manner.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision by following directions, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to explain to the client WHAT we do in Marketing with the skill to listen to WHAT the client wants.
  • Ability to adapt to different working environments by having a good rapport with clients and their in-house assistants.
  • Ability to problem solve and still retain your professionalism and smile.
  • A minimum of 10 hours a week to perform client work.
  • A quiet working environment to perform marketing kick-off calls to ensure that we are understanding the clients needs and future wants.
