About the Closing Team:
The Closing Management Team is responsible for managing listings, as well as closings. We work hand in hand with the Realtor from the first listing, to the point a contract is ratified, and the closing is funded by the settlement company. This is accomplished through our Closing Assistants, Listings Assistants, Listing Ishidos, and Closing Ishidos. These Ishidos manage all of the work for the realtor assigned to them. We are always hiring Closing Assistants. Anyone that has Real Estate experience, more specifically in Closings, we want you to apply!

The following skills and availability is required to be on this team:
  • ability to speak to realtors, their clients, settlement companies, lenders and inspectors
  • be able to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during business hours of phone time
  • be available a minimum of 15 hours per week Monday - Friday, preferably during business hours.
  • be phone approved by Team Management
  • have good verbal and written communication
  • detail oriented, organized, responsible and accountable
  • be committed to the team and Lifebushido
  • be experienced in Real Estate


Recruit - How to Apply to Closings/Listings (not currently hired):

  1. Apply to Lifebushido~ As part of the application process, you will need to opt in for a series of introductory emails.
  2. Complete your QuickBase Record following these instructions.
  3. After steps 1 and 2 have been completed please send an email to talent@lifebushido.com.
    • Attach your resume and Lifebushido Job Application.
      • In the body of your email, include a phone number and a convenient time for us to reach you.
      • Give a brief description of your involvement in Real Estate, if any.
    • Copy and paste the following into your email along with your answers
      • How did you hear about Lifebushido?
      • When did you first apply?
      • Do you have Real Estate experience - if so how much and how long
      • Do you have closing experience (ie Contract to Close)? If so how much and how long
      • Are you familiar with Top Producer? If so what is your knowledge (briefly explain)
      • Are you familiar with MLS systems (in general)? If so what is your knowledge?
      • Are you comfortable on the phone?
      • Do you have long distance?
      • Are you able to have phone calls during regular business hours?

Real Estate Experience
  • Realtor: If you've been a Realtor, when and which state were you licensed, or currently licensed. How many years have you sold real estate? How many total deals did you close in your career so far as an agent?
  • Real Estate Assistant Residential: What has been your experience and number of years? Software used? Can you provide a reference to a former agent who employed you and if so, please state agent name. If we want a reference, we will ask for contact information later.
  • Real Estate Industry Other: What other experience do you have in the real estate industry?
  • Real Estate Home Ownership: How many times have you purchased a home? How many homes have you sold?


Ishido - How to Apply to Closings/Listings (if already hired)

For those already hired and working for Lifebushido,

To apply, please send an email to talent@lifebushido.com.
  • Attach your resume and Lifebushido Job Application.

    • Give a brief description of your involvement in Real Estate, if any.

    • How long have you been with Lifebushido
    • How many hours are you currently working, and how many you would like to work
    • What is your current work mix (meaning what teams and how many hours each)
    • Do you have Real Estate experience - if so, how much and how long

What happens after I apply?

Once your information has been received, the Closing Management TL will review your application, resume and answers to the questions. It will be determined if you will move on. Either way, you will be notified.
  • If you are chosen to move on, the TL will email you with available times for an interview. The interview will take about 15 minutes.
  • Your interview will determine whether or not you will are recommended for hire by Lifebushido and as a Closing Assistant (if you have already been hired by Lifebushido, it will be determined whether or not you will be hired as a CA. If you are, you will start training right away).
  • If you are in fact hired by Lifebushido (you will hear by the 5th of the next month), you will receive an email giving you instructions on how and when to start training!

*All Ishidos will be assigned a mentor once they join the Closing Management Team.*
