New Caller Training - Lifebushido - Buyer/Seller Client Calling




You must complete training in one week. Training generally starts on Monday and you MUST be complete on Friday of the same week.
If you do not complete these tasks you may NOT bill for anything in this caller training.
Pay will only be up to 10 hours total for caller training. This will all be entered on 1 goal action at the end of training.
You must have 10 hours available the week of training to complete it on time.


Training is designed to be self-paced and self-explanatory. I will be here to guide you but you must be able to follow instructions and directions laid out for you. Failure to do so may delay training or you may be declined from the Calling Team.

Callers need to be familiar and comfortable with their clients' database before starting their calling session. If you do not feel confident using the database you are working in, please take the time to familiarize yourself with it before you
begin your first calling session. Productivity in reaching live people is key.

This task does not require you to perform actual calling. This is simply to see if you can code and leave notes appropriately. When you are ready to begin this task, work in the scheduled time you selected above or contact Jaime if nothing is a good fit.

  • Log into Top Producer & Opens up Documents below (Note Task & Systems Doc)
  • Click on Contacts - in drop down list click Search for Contacts
  • Select from List - Select Buyer/Seller Scenario Leads Ralph Grant New Caller Task
  • Click Done then scroll down to Search
  • You will see a list of leads - Check the box next to Name to select them all then Mass Open at the bottom of the screen
  • Work the first lead, when done click Next to view the Next lead and so on till all Leads are done

      • You will send your Daily Calling Report (DCR) via email to Jaime for approval -

      • GOLDEN EGG:
        • You will escalate any Golden Egg (Buyer or Seller A's)leads to Jaime Lane using the Golden Egg lead escalation process located on the **Golden Egg Wiki Page** --- HOW TO PAGE Review
        • You are required to pass this task with a 90% accuracy rating before moving on to the next calling task.
        • It is alright to take the quiz up to 3 times to achieve 100%.

Daily Log: USE: Jaime Lane as the client

You will not send me anything. When a Daily Log is entered with my name as the client, I will get an automatic email from the system.

You will NOT enter a Goal Action in this task however, bookmark the following example of a weekly goal action for review once you are on your first client.

Step 6 - TAKE - QUIZ

Task 4 - Phone Etiquette - Smile and Dial

Follow the steps!

Step 1 - Watch Video's

Step 2 - Remember notes in database for a voice mail would be BAB:Initials or BAB First name - Last initial: Note Here
    • ( BAB:JL - Call 1 - VM/EM ) remember to put your call attempt # . Most clients will have 5 attempts and 5 different emails corresponding with that attempt.
    • Follow-up would look like this: BAB Buyer Call 2 (2 for the number the next call attempt will be)
    • Before you begin your calling session you will need:
        • Notepad on your computer or a notebook and pen
        • Client systems document, daily calling report template (above)
        • A great phone connection, a clear polite voice, and a quiet background.
      • You will complete the **Daily Log** from Quickbase - Please use Jaime Lane as the client name for training.
      • You will escalate and enter any Golden Egg leads to Jaime Lane using the Golden Egg lead escalation process located on the **Golden Egg Wiki Page** --- How to Page Review

Step 3 - Role Play call with Jaime - set time and plan on up to 2 hrs.

Step 4 - Daily Calling Report

Daily call reports will come from YOUR email address in an email NOT an attachment, this template has headings to be used.


Daily Calling Report subject line will be Daily Calling Report – John Smith - Buyer Lead Calling - Best Agent Business

Step 5 - Enter your Daily Log: Use Jaime Lane as the client name as you did for your Notes Section above.

Reminder: Daily Log Video and Wiki page: Daily Log Instruction Video
Enter any Golden Egg you have.

Again: You will not send me anything. When a Daily Log is entered with my name as the client, I will get an automatic email from the system.

Do not move on to Task 5 (below) until Jaime has given you the all clear to do so.



TASK 5 - Steve Kantor - Role Playing Call

Complete a role play call with Steve Kantor using instructions and document below.

Instructions:
    • Randomly call Steve at 202-297-2393 during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm est Monday - Friday).
    • Treat Steve as if he was a lead from your client's database. (DO NOT announce yourself as doing a role play call - do not break character unless he does.)
      • If you do not get Steve live, leave a message exactly as you would for one of your client's leads. Send the email in the script after voicemail 1 is left.
    • You will try to reach Steve live up to 3 times.
    • You may make one attempt after 8 am EST - and one attempt again before 5 pm EST in the same day. Third attempt may be made the next morning after 8 am EST.
    • Once you reach him live you are done with this task for caller training. You do not have to do any more attempts.
      • First call - If it's a voicemail - you must make another attempt. If you reach him live - you are done - complete rest of the information on training wiki.
      • Second call - if you reach him live - move on and complete the rest of the instructions on the training wiki. If it's a voicemail - make another attempt.
      • Third call - voicemail or live call - you are done. Follow instructions on the training wiki.

REMINDER: If you announce yourself as doing a role play or break character at any point and time in the conversation, Steve will ask you to call again at another time and take it from the top.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS IN People Working With Lifebushido.

Once Access is granted: EDIT Calling hours wanted. Callers in training should set their hours at 5 hours wanted until training is completed then changed to desired hours (starting slow).
  • Log into Quickbase and go into your "People Working with Lifebushido" app. Search for yourself. Click pencil to Edit your record. Under section called MONTHLY UPDATE, Review "Work Hours Status" and "Hours Desired".

Update "Date Ishido Updated" every time you review your record. While reviewing your record update"Calling Hours Wanted" and "Calling Hours Now Scheduled" This information must be updated MONTHLY with the number of hours you would like
to call and the number of hours you are calling. This is how we know if you need hours or not and how we assign work to you. Check with trainer if you do not have access. (SCREEN SHOT)

Buyer A (Golden Egg Leads) will be scheduled for a phone appointment with your client and warm introduced to your client via email. When you are on the phone with a buyer a, simply ask what the best time is for the agent
to phone them, and introduce the agent to the lead via email after the call confirming the appointment. I piloted this on one of my KA clients, and it is working nicely. The client is reaching more A leads live, and the caller is in
the loop with the intro email, thus decreasing the amount of time needed to follow up with A leads. If the lead does not show for the call, your client should try to reach them 2-3 more times randomly on their own. If they do
not connect, the client should hand the lead back to you to reconnect with.
