Team Overview

The Client Services team assists clients during the first 100 days with Best Agent Business and then ongoing. Outbound calls are placed as needed to obtain and record feedback and any new information. The Client Services Assistant writes and submits a call summary detailing client comments, questions and/or concerns after each call. The objective is to ensure each client is happy, questions are answered, concerns are addressed and their expectations are being met. The information they gather is used to help teams improve within Best Agent Business, when needed.
Client Services is vital for ensuring communication is solid and effective between the client and each of the various teams and team members, within Best Agent Business, who are providing services to the clients. By day 90 the Client Services Assistant evaluates the client's situation and their happiness level as it pertains to their Key Assistant and/or other teams in order to determine whether or not the client is likely to provide a testimonial for Best Agent Business. Client Services also plays a vital role in client retention. Client Service Assistants ultimately strive to connect with, build trust and establish an ongoing rapport with Best Agent Business clients.
Client Services is a part of Calling, you DO NOT have to meet your 100 hour minimum to apply. Client Services is, however, highly selective. You need to have superior written and oral communication skills, be able to think on your feet and have strong problem solving abilities. You will need to be able to meet deadlines, follow highly detailed systems and easily adapt to change.

Requirements - Yes or No
All of the following are requirements to be a Client Service Assistant at Lifebushido. If your answer is "no" to any of the following questions, either DO NOT apply for the position or tell the person that you have contacted that you do not meet basic requirements so they can try to help you find a way to do so.
  • Do you have a quiet work area?
  • Are you organized?
  • Do you have the ability to respond to emails within 24 hours during the standard work week, Mon-Fri?
  • Do you have access to Microsoft Word and Excel or software that reads and writes in compatible file formats?
  • Do you have a pleasant phone voice?
  • Are you able to make outbound calls with no background noise?
  • Would you enjoy speaking on the phone to Clients or Ishidos for about 20-40% of your total work hours?
  • Are you able to keep a calendar for scheduled calls?
Basic Questions
  • How many hours per week would you like to work with Lifebushido, assuming that it is a good fit? Choose one: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25
  • What other jobs are you currently working at and for how many hours per week?
    • Do you intend to keep those jobs? (It is perfectly fine to work with Lifebushido and other work-from-home jobs. That is not a problem, we would just like to know what you are doing to better understand your abilities, experience and work load.)
  • Are you available to have scheduled phone calls for 30 minutes with clients and co-workers?
  • How many days a week, Mon-Fri, are you available for having scheduled, uninterrupted phone calls with no background noise? Choose one: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
  • If you had the choice of splitting your time between interacting with clients and customers via phone and email or interacting internally with co-workers via phone and email, what percentage of your time would you want to spend with clients and what percentage with co-workers? The total should equal 100%. 50/50 or how ever it works out that week.
  • If you had a choice of splitting your time between speaking on the phone with clients, customers and co-workers or doing non-phone work with clients, customers and co-workers, what percentage of your time would you want to spend on the phone and what percentage would you like to spend doing non-phone work? The total should equal 100%. 33/33/33 or how it woks that week.
  • If you had the choice to focus more on being a Leader of Systems who works behind the scenes to organize things and get them running smoothly or a Leader of People who leads clients, customers and co-workers, which would you choose and why?
Real Estate and Small Business Experience
We work with many clients who are top real estate agents and we also service small business entrepreneurs.
