Best Agent Business provides a Business Profit Review for Teams over $500,000 GCI with a goal to increase net profit. The Business Profit Review is conducted personally by Steve Kantor, President of Best Agent Business and our Systems Team. We review and make suggestions to implement the Billion Dollar Agent Business Manifesto. The cost is one-time cost of $995 and is completed within one month. Best Agent Business can grow your business to the next level with our Billion Dollar Agent Profit Model.

Through interviews with over 1,000 agents and over 100 large teams over $500,000 GCI, we've bench marked data for the real estate industry and have formulated the Billion Dollar Agent Goal. Key areas of financial focus are: Brokerage Costs, Marketing, Agent Compensation, Assistants, and Other Revenue.





Steps to Complete the Profit Review


Client, Steve KA and Accounting TL will be included on all Correspondence

1. Steve will Request Profit Review for a Client or Potential Client or a Client will Request a Profit Review


2. KA will email Client and CC Accounting TL requesting P & L, Balance Sheet and Connection to Bookkeeper


3. KA will schedule Call with Client to do the Initial BDA Review Call, to get questions answered and prepare analysis. Email Client Call details and cc Steve and Accounting TL

  • BDA profit review calls are on Tuesdays at 11:00am every week.
  • Up to 2 clients can be scheduled for the call
  • Use Steves scheduler link to schedule the call - Schedule BDA Review Call

4. Accounting TL will send an Email to Steve and cc client after the call - This should include all the information from the call for Steve to review


5. Accounting TL will schedule a call for Steve and the Client to discuss and make suggestions


6. Accounting TL will prepare an email for the client and Bookkeeper with the suggestions laid out along with estimated time to complete.


7. Accounting TL will schedule a call with the Bookkeeper to go over changes to the clients financials and request updated financials.


8. KA or KAT will follow up with client every 2 days to make sure this is completed within 1 week.


9.Accounting TL email Steve the updated Financials for Review.

‚ÄčOnce the client has made contact with Steve, they will need to prepare the following documents:

  1. Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet for the last 2 years.

  2. Staff Listing with A,B,C ratings

  3. Calendar from last week, this week and next week

  4. Marketing Analysis of anything over $100/month. On an Excel sheet, type headings as, Type, Monthly Cost, Number of Leads and A,B,C rating

  5. Agent Contracts




After the client has spoken with Steve, email the client with the following:

In addition, I am providing you with information and a link to the dictation service we use. Please use it, for 10 - 15 minutes, talking about your current profit situation. Speak random thoughts...anything that comes to mind.


Client Dictation Service

At Best Agent Business, Steve uses a dictation service via a 800 phone number for making notes and braindumps. This service can be used by clients or people that Steve requests to use it. The service will return a copy of your notes in 24 hours. The service we use is http://www.wetype4u.com/ in case you want to subscribe for yourself.

How to Use To use/test the dictation services please do the following:

Service Level- Silver Service: 3

  • The person will then tell you to start speaking after the tone.

  • State name and purpose of call.

  • If you need to stop in the middle, just call back and leave a second dictation of the remaining information.

  • When you are done, you can just hang-up the phone.

  • Please do not dictate longer than 15 minutes for your first dictation so we can confirm it is understood and transcribed correctly.

  • Steve will get an email with the copy of the transcribed document within 1-2 days and he will forward to you.
